We are developing, in partnership with AVN Tecnologia, a complete platform for managing the recruitment and selection process. The solution was designed to streamline the HR team's routine, providing a clear and organized view of all stages involved in hiring new talent.
The platform's key features include:
Interactive Kanban, which organizes the HR team’s activity flow in real time;
Candidate and contractor management, with detailed information, contracts, application history, and current status in the selection process;
Job posting and control, facilitating communication between the HR team and responsible managers;
Integrated calendar, enabling the scheduling and tracking of interviews, with views by team member or job posting.
This tool aims to bring more speed, control, and efficiency to recruitment processes, while also enhancing the experience for both internal teams and candidates.
